Terms of Service Effective Date: April 17, 2024 Welcome to UTMHelper, a JavaScript snippet that helps companies track and record UTMs across domains. By accessing or using UTMHelper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use UTMHelper. Description of Service UTMHelper is a JavaScript snippet that allows users to track and record UTMs across domains. When purchasing a package, users can add the JavaScript snippet to their site. Users have access to the JavaScript snippet but do not own it. Ownership and Intellectual Property UTMHelper and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Studious Digital and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. User Accounts To access certain features of UTMHelper, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. Refund Policy Users can request a full refund within 7 days after purchasing a package. To request a refund, please contact us at jamie@studious.digital. Data Collection UTMHelper collects personal information such as name, email, and payment information. We also collect non-personal data through web cookies. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your access to UTMHelper at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Studious Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of UTMHelper. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify users of any changes by email.
